boogiewoogie usa 2010 pic1 USA has always produced the best of dancers and when it comes to Boogie Woogie, it becomes the dream of the best of best dancers not only to participate but to fetch the ultimate dancing show title. Last year little master blaster Sagar Patel not only won the USA championships but also conquered the World Champion title in junior category. In past, there were many dancers that came from the soil of United States of America who showed their wonders and became the heart of many dancing shows in India. Right from Nikitasha to Sagar Patel and now to Rithika and Shivali, Indian parents have made India feel very proud of their brought up.

boogiewoogie usa 2010 pic2 It is never an easy job especially for NRI parents but they not only change this difficult task to a possible one but also make sure that their efforts are well grounded within Indian culture. They definitely do a fabulous job in raising their children that they turn out to be stars and future superstars.

rithika recieving 1st prize shivali 1 Boogie Woogie has always been the most wanted show on the soil of America. Recently Sony again conducted their annual Boogie Woogie championships for 2010. The two names that shined bright and had a very close competition were of Rithika and Shivali in junior category. There was a tie between both the finalists and they had to go for another round which was the decider round. Rithika was the proud winner of the junior Boogie Woogie 2010 USA Championships!

shivali 3_1 rithika ashok_1 There are few eye witnesses from many who watched these little wonders compete and were short of words and then there are others who just couldn’t stop singing praises of these little dancers. “Suraj”, yet another eye witness said, “it was a competition that took the USA show to a new level”

way to go “We” Boogie Woogie India would like congratulate both Rithika and Shivali for their flawless performances and also for their victory as Winner and Runner Up  respectively!

boogiewoogie dance audition Boogie Woogie has just finished with their auditions in selected cities and towns. Many has been able to go for the much awaited auditions for Kids Championships especially after the long wait.

There are still many contestants who complaint about not being able to register over the phone and when they went for the auditions, they were denied. But this is our take – what we think that makes Boogie Woogie auditions different from others is their acceptance of auditions via mail. Boogie Woogie accepts DVD/ VCD’s of performance auditions by mail and so those who missed going for the face to face auditions should still be able to send their auditions via mail. And anyway, those who went for face to face auditions, they were only being taped and were sent back. All the videos then are viewed later by Boogie Woogie out of which the best of the best performers are selected and called upon to participate in the main show. None of the results were given on the spot.

ThinkPositive1 So friends, don’t loose heart – you have nothing that has gone out of hand. If you have missed your auditions or were away from the cities that had auditions in, just send in your best of best performance VCD/ DVD to R & N TV Productions. You will find their address in auditions page and as well as in auditions category.

But here are our two cents – we seriously think there should not have been any old rules for the auditions especially when the show is making a Where_were_youcome back. Loyalty in viewers does plays a big part but then it does come with its cons. While the wait especially the disappearance without any prior announcement or the unanswered zillion questions regarding the disappearance can also make the loyal viewers question their own adoration they have for the show. Customer service is the KEY word in all successes and one must inform the whereabouts especially if they want their viewers to wait and welcome them at later stage even if they do think its none of anybody’s business (Heck no! It is very much the viewers business.) Communications always make things better. And why not, one must know what your viewers and fans want or talk about. Ignorance should not be a bliss!

We feel strongly that the auditions and the craze for best“BOOGIE WOOGIE AUDITIONS” should be shown to the world in an larger then life manner. Why adopt a low profile audition system when the contestants / dancers of the same Boogie Woogie has become the pride of other shows??? The show must come back with all the GLITTER possible and hype about its prestigious auditions. We seriously think, its high time that Boogie Woogie mends its rules and pay attention to its key viewers and communicate better instead of following the same old rotten rules of MSM. Big names don’t necessarily make a super hit show but they can always ruin the progressionfuture of their already reputed show by their attitude and ignorance. As long as someone is in the market, they do need to pay attention to what public demands or else then they have nothing to look forward in future. We already have seen the fate of Yash Raj produced shows for Sony. They were disastrous. Big names big companies can never sell a product based on their names – the only thing that sells with the ultimate viewership the “PUBLIC” is its content and the attitude in their communications.

we love you But nevertheless the comeback of the show by all means SHOULD BE thunderous!! As we hold our breath one more time to see what Boogie Woogie has to offer, we hope and do pray for the best for the show! Go Boogie Woogie Go! Chak De Phatte!!

Somesh – Thanks for your contribution! We look forward to hearing more from you.

self assessment A little boy went to a telephone booth which was at the cash counter of a  store and dialed a number.
The store-owner observed and listened to the  conversation:
Boy                 : Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn?
Woman          : (at the other end of the phone line) I  already have someone to cut my lawn.
Boy                 : Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price  than the person who cuts your lawn now.
Woman          : I’m very satisfied with the person who is  presently cutting my lawn.
Boy                 : (with more perseverance) Lady, I’ll even sweep the floor  and the stairs of your house for free.
Woman          : No, thank you.

With a smile on his face, the little  boy replaced the receiver. The store-owner, who was listening to all this,  walked over to the boy.

Store Owner  : Son… I like  your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a  job.
Boy                 :  No thanks,
Store Owner  :  But you were really pleading for one.
Boy                 :  No Sir, I was just  checking my performance at the job I already have. I am the one who is  working for that lady I was talking to! This is called -  "Self  Appraisal "
