Yesterday the grand finale had hit it off so beautifully and so the expectations were more for tonight but it sounded like they spent all the energies yesterday and had to come back to the usual self for the final night of grand finale. Spice was definitely missing from everyone including the dhol guys, qawali guys and so the rating would be 3.5!!

Tonight it started with a cute guest on this Grand Finale night and it was none other then the girl who continues to win many hearts with her talk and talent - Hardkaur. It was pleasant surprise to see her on Boogie Woogie and also great to see the main actor "Jamal" who worked in Slumdog Millionaire.

Since it was the final night and am a bit tensed so I am going to go straight to the participants! The first finalist to perform tonight was Phalguni Bhardwaj and she danced on song "saiyaan". She did a wonderful job and gave the best till date. She also used the stage well. She was looking very pretty in her outfit and danced gracefully. She got good compliments from the judges. The best thing I really loved was Phalguni’s mothers AV. She spoke so well and one could make out that she is really proud of her daughter. I love AV’s like that. Keep it up Mrs. Bhardwaj, you just set a beautiful example for all mothers. Bravo!! The after performance talk was cute, emotional and also funny listening to the little kid "Jamal" and his meet with Hollywood actors during Oscars.

When Hardkaur said there is someone joining in her place as she have to leave for her shooting and took Mona’s name - for some reason my mind went to Monica and I said "oh no". oops did I say that? How mean of me - anyway, when I saw Mona Singh, I was purely delighted. She is my favorite. Period!! I love her personality and her everything. God bless her!!

Next to perform was Nupur Bhatt and she threw in a fantastic energetic performance. Nupur surprises me every week with her performances. I honestly did not expect her to do this well and thought she would go out long time ago and she definitely proved me wrong. She danced on marjaani song. But the only problem I felt was she stood at one place and danced, maybe she could have utilized the stage better or threw in some other steps rather then couple of repeated ones. But she is a bundle of joy - God bless her! AV showed again some emotional moments but mother spoke well. Nupur’s after performance talk was interesting.

The next to perform was little Sanjana Bamrada and she danced so beautifully and was dressed just like a doll. Watch her dance, you are going to love it! She danced on medley of classical songs. She did fantastic job!! You know what - most of the AV’s that were shown since yesterday made me feel like I was watching another dance show and not Boogie Woogie - I am not going to talk anymore about it as I think yesterday I talked enough! But Sanjana, I am proud of you!! Keep it up girl! She got good compliments from judges.

The qawal sang "oh meri zohra jabeen" AND he definitely needs to work on his pronunciation.

Just before the last participant was announced, there was a break and in that they showed Viren’s dance clip where he injures himself and telling you truly, my heart sank. Okay now was the time for the finest dancer of Boogie Woogie Naache Taare Zameen Par to perform in the finals. Viren Raj Baraik danced a breath taking number. Must must watch!! This kid in actual does justice to the show. I am amazed at his energies. His every move and step that he takes is beyond any words of praise. Watch him take somersaults so perfectly. He injured himself but yet he performed so beautifully. I also like his attitude. His after performance talk was adorable. He definitely was the THE highlight of entire Naache Taare Zameen Par. Hey I am audience and audience always go by their heart. All celebrities are celebrities today because of same emotional audience so its very much fair from my perspective!!

Watch desi girl Mona Singh dance while judges go through the tapes before they give out results. Mona danced fabulously and beautifully.

And now my friends was the time for the results, a time to part from these fabulous kids who touched our heart for 10 weeks. I am pretty sure a lot of us will be missing these awesome kids but in tonight’s results, there were two joint winners and the two lucky winners were Vaishnavi Patil and Shivalika Dhait. Honestly I was expecting Vaishnavi and Dhiren to be the winners and Shivalika came in as a surprise for me. Anyway judges ki baate judges jaane!!

We congratulate both Vaishnavi and Shivalika on their winning and may they continue with their talent and we also wish all the very best to the remaining kids for the awesome job that they did. You all will surely be missed. God bless you all!

Adios Amigos!!

fireworks1 Boogie Woogie’s Naache Taare Zameen Par started their Grand Finale with a bang! I loved the Grand Finale but there were couple of things which bothered me but let’s talk about the good stuff first.

Boogie Woogie had a Grand Finale the way a Grand Finale is suppose to be. All the finalist were seen dancing on song “Aa dekhe zara kis mein kitna hai dum” and Boo dancers joined them on the stage too. The stage was decorated beautifully with balloons and the lighting was amazing. It all looked grand. Bravo!! Javed joined the stage and was followed by Ravi and Naved and there was another surprise at this grand finale – dhol, qawali and on top of all, judges singing. It was superb. I really liked the way they introduced the contestants in song. A job very well done! As we know all three judges have great voices and so the singing act was greatly appreciated. I give the singing part all 5 stars.

Shivalika Dhait was introduced to perform first on this grand finale and she danced on song “mohe panghat pe” from movie Mughul e Azam”. She danced beautifully for her age. She performed what she is best in – Kathak. A lot of steps were flawless but what was missing was the grace. She gave expressions well but since she is too young to understand the meaning of the words in the song that require adult expressions, her performance came in just as how a kids performance is suppose to be. It’s good and it’s bad. But overall it was a well enjoyed performance. After performance talk is always more then the expectations and she brings a smile and many praises with her narration. I definitely use to wait to listen to her and I surely will be missing her. Javed gave her good compliments and wished that she continues her talent even after the competitions are over.

madhur mittal Okay now a clipping was shown from 12 years back where a participant had competed in Boogie Woogie and had won the competitions. He had danced as Michael Jackson and that kid is Madhur Mittal. Madhur Mittal also was in film “Slumdog Millionare”. He danced on song “Jai Ho” along with Boo dancers tonight. They say right - once a dancer always a dancer. You could see his talent wide and clear. He danced fabulously and flawlessly. It was one smashing performance but this is not all – he was then joined by Longines Fernandes and the fun had just begun. We see another down to earth humble guy in form of a fabulous choreographer and he dances on his choreographed number from Slumdog Millionare “Jai Ho” along with Madhur Mittal. Watch it! It definitely was the highlight!

At this point we see Qawals singing and Naved joins them and sings “Haal kya hai dilo ka” and introduces Rashmi Kunder next on stage to perform.

IN013L Rashmi Kunder – what should I tell you about her? She is one wonder who has given constant brilliant performances from the time she joined. And her grand finale performance was the best in her journey. Absolutely enchanting! Her each and every move was awesome and when she turns around and dances with the face mask on back of her head, it was perfect. She danced on medley’s and I think the highlight of her dance was when she spins and rotates and turns around. It was just superb. She gave her best till date. And if she wins the show, she would be very well deserved! But the only thing that bothered me was the AV of her mother speaking about why Rashmi needs to win this competition and the reason that she gave was because they don’t have money. Now I definitely have couple of things to talk here.

First – why was there such an AV on Boogie Woogie? As far as I followed the show, I know that Boogie Woogie keeps themselves far from all the dramas that are found on every tom dick and harry’s show. Boogie Woogie is far above from any of the other shows and MUST maintain the old system. Let the rona dhona be part of other shows not this show! But then maybe its okay to show such AV’s during grand finale to show it to the world what families go through. But I personally prefer a clean show!

goodhabitsbadhabits Secondly – If a person speaks that one has to win the competition because they don’t have money on camera then just imagine the pressure on the poor kid? Maybe its possible that she is being told that she must win this competition and must perform well. Is this fair for an 8 or 9 year old? I think the exposure that these kids are getting is itself more then enough plus these kids have to go through many challenges of dancing and performing outside their comfort level. Any additional pressure is definitely not good for the kid. It is definitely amazing that apart from all this pressures, Rashmi still managed to give flawless performances in each and every episode. Now that’s what’s up! If she wins, she will definitely deserve it.

Third - Why was Rs. 25000/- required to come down to participate in Boogie Woogie from Mangalore? My sister directs many shows in South India and her company provides boarding and lodging for the participants that come from all over the country so is it different in Mumbai? Anyway let’s move on!!

Okay now it was the time for Javed to sing Jhoom barabar jhoom sharabi and in that qawali he introduced little Vaishnavi Patil. Here was another surprise guest who came in to support Vaishnavi. Gul Panang! Gul is a very talented actress and is one of my favorite but then she also acts eccentric at times especially speaking at wrong occasions few months ago anyway that doesn’t take away her talent and beauty – she is absolutely gorgeous and I always wished she to be the top Bollywood actress so hope she achieves that spot soon!

nocrying Vaishnavi is another power packed talent ki pudiya that never disappoints you in any of her performances. Her each performance was better then the previous one and the grand finale performance, she gave her best. I can very well speak from my heart here and I definitely think Vaishnavi’s performance tonight was the best so far in the grand finale. This little girl is just flawless. She is superb. She is beyond any words of praises. She danced on a semi classical number though I don’t know the title of the song but the words were something like “Chanda sitare jaisa koi chaman”. Now I am not going to exaggerate but I watched her performance almost without blinking my eyes. Watch it don’t miss it!! It was one thunderous performance. Superb Vaishnavi – keep it up girl!! You are already the champion!! After performance was again interesting – something that I personally didn’t like! Again an AV was shown with same old rona dhona and talking about past. Were the parents given some emotional tablets that they all cried on this last day?? Come on parents, set a good example!! Vaishnavi’s aunt spoke how when Vaishnavi was 2 years old and she got fits and was in a condition where doctors had said she will not survive. But the thing is that she survived and by God’s grace is hale and hearty so why cry now? If the same thing she had said without crying and proudly I would have praised her like nobody’s business. But crying – no I can’t! Well my mother brought me up in a positive way. She always says, don’t look at your past and make yourself sad. What happened is over, what you have now and what you want tomorrow is important. If you keep looking at past and keep cribbing and crying, you are going to spoil your present and future. Be brave and face any challenge with a smile!! Be ALWAYS THANKFUL TO GOD!!

And anyway, her parents started to cry after watching the AV then Vaishnavi started crying too. It was all a sob sob moment at Boogie Woogie. I want to say little more but let me give out the details of our next participant.

This time it was time for Ravi to join the qawali group and he introduced Sanoy Dev in his qawali.

Sanoy Dev danced awesome on song “nakhre nakhre”. Please forgive me, I really did not know many of the title’s of the songs that were played in today’s episode. Will try to research and update later if I find the right results or you can always correct me. Well Sanoy’s performance was good and he did a good job. He threw in a energetic performance and it was very well enjoyed. His after performance talk was very cute especially when he does a Shakti Kapoor. He is too adorable and I do hope he does wonders when he grows up. Again an AV was shown at this point where his mother cried remembering her older son whom she lost. Now maybe I will be the most hated person tonight for writing against the crying stories but you see I have my own reasons to behave this way.

booimg The reason why I am a huge fan of Boogie Woogie and its judges is because of their humility and humbleness. They set a perfect example day after day all the time. You see when we come across guests that started their careers with Boogie Woogie and are doing extremely well and have made themselves to be something, we are awe with praises so just imagine how big these awesome guys are (Ravi, Javed, Naved) yet they maintain their humbleness and never show off. There is a lot everyone can learn from these gentlemen; they are an institution in themselves. So it’s my humble request to all parents, “please don’t cry in front of my favorite judges – go and create a brave example. Be proud for the day that you are seeing in life. Don’t look back. Yesterday was gone – today is what we have and thinking about yesterday, please don’t spoil your tomorrow. Disown tears on shows especially on Boogie Woogie. Face all your fears and sadness with a smile and humor!! Everyone has their problems, I don’t think there is a single human soul without sadness or problems, but we need to prove we are way above this little challenges that life brings, we can very well face them with and emerge winners. Winning or loosing on a show is not all – participating is all. Your kid is doing that many millions of kids didn’t get a chance to do. So be proud and show that proud with humbleness and smiles when you are on camera. Keep the tears for another time. All the Best to you and to your kids! May they flourish your good name in the world and become super heroes of tomorrow!

Well Friday night’s Grand Finale ended on a fabulous performance by Longi on “Pappu can’t dance saala”. And I must say this – I was highly impressed by Longi’s attitude. Bravo Longi!!

I give this Grand Finale 4 stars and taking away one star just because of the rona dhona ;)

wishlist This weekend, the final eight participants will compete one last time for the title of Naache Taare Zameen Par. I am sure Boogie Woogie must be getting geared up in full swing for its finals.

What can we expect from these finals?

Great powerful performances of course but we also would love to see the finals as the Grand Finale of Naache Taare Zameen Par season. Won’t it be wonderful if Boogie Woogie can have Saturday night as the Grand Finale night where all of the Naache Taare Zameen Par participants would dance in group along with Boo teachers and dancers? Another thing that would be an extra spice that is much demanded too is to see all three judges perform that night as the final countdown to the results. And an added highlight would be to bring both Swasti Nitya and Madhav Wazalwar as the special guests and star performers to perform. Many come and go but very few reach the inside of our heart and both the kids not only touched our heart but conquered it.

So we request Boogie Woogie to give some due consideration to our request. We think it would be great to see a Grand Finale of Naache Taare Zameen Par and why not?? It is the best dance show in India so why still maintain a mellow down finals? World loves you Boogie Woogie – give us a hatke Finals ;)

You know what as I said before, this blog is not running expecting anything in return or with any motive in particular but what we feel we write. Its all connected with heart. If we were running this blog using our brain then probably this blog will not be as dedicated as it is now and so everything we do, makes perfect sense and is completely fair!! If I praise the daylights out of this show then it very well deserves it BUT that does not mean that we will only praise and say nothing else. This week’s review is going to be different. Ready or not, here I come….. ;)

First of all, let me tell you what remaining five participants did on Saturday night!

The first participant to perform on Saturday night was Sanjana Bamrada who got a horse, a pot and dandiya as her props. She danced on song "ghumar re"

The second participant was little master Madhav Wazalwar who got scarf, glares and old man’s walking stick as his props. He danced on song "dekha joh tujhe yaar dil mein baji guitar".

The next participant was Boogie Woogie’s shaiyara "Shivalika Dhait" who got sword, bow and arrow as her props. She danced to song "Raghupati raghav raja Ram" - I don’t know the exact title name but the song started with the above wordings.

The fourth participant to dance on Boogie Woogie stage was Phalguni Bhardwaj who got peacock feathers, plate and a pot as her props and she danced to one of my favorite song - its a beautiful composition "morni baagaama naache aadhi raat ma".

The last participant to perform before the elimination results was Vaishnavi Patil who got colors and Trishul (meaning: trident/ weapon/ surface to air missile) as her props. She did tandav on instrumental music.

45 swasti nitya madhav Elimination Results: Madhav Wazalwar and Swasti Nitya were the unfortunate two kids to get eliminated. We wish both Swasti and Madhav all the very best and hope to see you back soon. I hope you both together will also perform during the grand finale of Naache Taare Zameen Par! Remember, you won our heart and have made a very special place there. WE LOVE YOU!! God Bless You!

As for the judges - even though we do understand they know their job well and had to eliminate two kids this week but it still came as a shock to see two of the tiniest tots getting eliminated. We do respect their decision and the explanation that was given on why these two were eliminated but doesn’t mean we will just let them go like that. You know what …..  they are……

Judges grounded

No FOOD and no JOKES for them till next Friday!!!

The heart has reasons that reason does not understand!!

Okay its been pretty interesting today!! We saw all three judges together in their own fun and entertaining style. Javed invited Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu on the stage who were the guests tonight and came in to promote their movie "Dhoonte rah jaayoge". Both the actors are highly talented and intelligent and we shall talk in details about another day. But this week the theme is to dance with the props. But the sad part is that since past three weeks there was no elimination, this week two of the kids will get eliminated. Okay let’s prepare ourselves better to face the eliminations but let us also wish all the kids the very best - may the best one win!!

The first one to perform tonight was Rashmi Kunder who got fan, butterfly wings and hoopla hoop as her pops. She danced on song "Ishq Samander" and was dressed up in white Arabian outfit. Now we already know Rashmi is great with the hoopla hoops and so I didn’t expect anything less then a 5 out of 5 performance from her. Her steps were really great She danced so easily with her props and the flow was beautiful. She also used entire stage to her advantage. A very well put performance. Javed praised her a lot and gave her great compliments. She was asked to repeat her hoopla step again. Soha and rest of the judges joined her on the stage to try to spin and it was utter hilarious to watch them do but that also shows how difficult is to hoopla hoop and how easy Rashmi made it sound. When the judges asked her how many times she can spin without stopping, her answer was 25 but when they made her spin and started to count, she went non stop beyond 55 and Naved had to stop her saying she can go on forever. Rashmi - very well done! Great performance, keep it up!!

Ravi and Naved sold their first invented product - a parachute and their first customer who was a happy customer bought it for Rs. 1000/-. Without saying anything further, I think I will just let you watch as it may spoil the fun by writing details ;)

Next to perform tonight was Sanoy Dev who got a bat and bottle as his props. Little Sanoy was dressed as a cricketer and danced to the recent composed tune of Anu Malik’s "balla uttha chekka laga". The number is pretty peppy and so it works in Sanoy’s favor and he danced very well but I felt Sanoy performed lot more better in his previous performances but was a well enjoyed number. The after performance talk was funny especially when Sanoy showed what he would do if Naved was his prop. It looked more of a head message.. lol. Watch the comedy that he performs, it was hilarious.

Okay now was the time for Boogie Woogie’s little star who already won everyone’s hearts with her first performance - Swasti Nitya. She got "tambourine" as her prop and danced to the song "Dilbar dil se pyare". Everything Swasti does, I love it! It gets hard to find faults in her as she has the knack to melt your heart and plus she is just 5 year old. She does it so cutely and her face and her smile plays a big role in diverting the attention. Again she danced cute like a button and I enjoyed it. I am just going to wait to hear the results tomorrow but I really do hope she gets to stay as the competition is getting tougher ;) Listen to her after performance talk - it was HILARIOUS…dont miss it!! She is so adorable!! God bless her!

Okay by this time Naved and Ravi sold their second product - it was a tablet that has the power to make an old man run. They sold it for a price of Rs. 1000/-. I am thinking let’s ask Firdaus to supply their products and sell it on this web site here.. what do you guys say? ;) Probably it will be the quickest way to see the insides of a prison.

Next participant to dance tonight was Nupur Bhatt who got a broom and pom poms as her props. She danced beautifully on song "hum the wohi thi" a Kishore Kumar number and also "mera naam chin chin chu". You know now I know the reason why I feel there is something missing in tonight’s performances - last week all participants along with the Boo teachers gave such a smashing fabulous performances that this week episode sounds slightly less. But neverthless Nupur was awesome and gave an adorable performance - not her best but still was great. Her after performance talk was again adorable. And YES!! we heard Mr. Bhatt sing and he was awesome. Great display of talent always on Boogie Woogie. Okay dont miss the exchange of sher shayari between Nupur and Shivalika ;)

The last performance for tonight was the best performance for Friday night. It was time for Viren Raj Baraik to dance and this super talented power packed atom bomb showed the difference between what was missing between him and other dancers. As Javed said, he gave flawless extremely and beautiful performance. DEFINITELY IS A MUST WATCH!! He got basketball and cap as his props and when you watch him, you will enjoy each and every step of his. He is superb and I wouldn’t be surprised if he turns out to be winner as he very much deserves it. Watch him spin on his head and flip his hat and do a somersault. He danced on song "tere nai" something like that. I don’t know know the name of the song. Please let me know what song is that. The after performance talk was adorable especially when he shows his modesty and speaks about the other dancers and names Vaishnavi as the best dancer. Listen to Kunal Khemu giving him a great piece of advice and the watch Kunal and Viren dance. It was mind blowing!! Kunal threw in such a flawless and enjoyable performance. So many actors come and when they dance, it would be just alright but Kunal danced, he looked just like a professional. Thats the way to go.. keep it up Kunal!!

Lastly they spoke about the movie which they came to promote, "dhoondte rah jaoge" and the promo sure sounds lot of fun. Okay Ravi and Naved sold their last product for tonight for Rs. 20/- and it was called MBP (mahmaan bhagao product). Watch the product and their explanation, it was fun. With this tonight’s episode finished only to bring the remaining five tomorrow.

Have a goodnight folks!!

Before I begin the review, let me say something. They say a respect is the highest earned prize that anyone can dream to have. Having zillions of dollars would mean nothing if one hasn’t earned respect. And respect just doesn’t come like that, one have to work towards it with their deeds. And so we saw the same with Boogie Woogie. Boogie Woogie has earned the respect of their fans which stays rock solid. Running the show for 12 plus years is not a joke. They have made many loyal fans and families watch the show without having to think "will it be appropriate or not to let their kids watch the show". Anyway the point in me bringing this topic today is because some of the fans or maybe many were upset with the Saturday night’s episode but due to the respect that they have for the Boogie Woogie show and the guys, they spoke softly getting their message across and clear. Gaaliya mili toh bhi bade pyar se ;) Well after watching the last night’s episode, I had to go to some personal gathering and I only returned late so had to postpone the review for today morning. But when I woke up today Morning, I was surprised to see few emails and comments praising the show and the guys but also showing their displeasure. Why? let’s see in a little bit.

Tonight the guest of honor for Saturday night’s episode was none other then the item diva and fabulous dancer - Rakhi Sawant! Let me tell you guys upfront, I do admire this girl. I think she is highly talented and struggled hard to make a place in Bollywood for herself without any Godfather. She has been projected many times in a wrong way and I feel she isn’t a bad person after all. Her blunt speaking gets her into trouble many times but then one can also see her point underneath. There are many in Bollywood who projects themselves as perfect role models or home bodies or next door girls but the acts of them in real are nothing but shocking. Rakhi for sure is different from them and a lot of times is misunderstood too. I do respect those who work hard and are self made. But the one thing that bothered me and many on Saturday night was Rakhi Sawant’s outfit that she wore on Boogie Woogie. Apart from the outfit rest was all perfect. I was surprised to see Boogie Woogie didn’t object to such dress code. Are they slacking or what? A kids show is a kids show and one must respect it and so I do respect all those who emailed bomb blasting her outfit showing their displeasure. I do agree that she should have put on more clothes! But then they say there is always a first time to everything. Hopefully this will be the last time we saw anyone sport an outfit that is a big NO NO with the loyal audience. Plus let’s give Rakhi a benefit of doubt and not carry this negativity forward. If you ignore her dress, you will surely fall in love with this girl as she was cute and adorable with all the kids. So Rakhi, I do love you but please take care of the outfits. We do want to see you back on the show soon and hope next time you come you will surprise your displeasured audience with your Indian look. I know you can do it and will look fabulous too. I would love to see you in a saree so come back girl ;)

rakhi

Alright, let’s begin with the Saturday night’s review. Saturday episode started with Ravi and Naved on stage beginning the show and explaining about the point system. After few exchange of dialogues between the Boo teachers and Ravi and Naved, the song gets to play - "Tuk tuk dekhe" and I am going to be honest with you, as soon as the song was played, I started to wish for Rakhi Sawant. Many times I felt she should have come as a judge on Boogie Woogie as she herself is a fabulous dancer and so that wish was fulfilled on Saturday night. She along with the Boo teachers and Naved and Ravi dances on the song and it was a treat for the eyes just minus the outfit. I actually thought she wore that outfit maybe only for the dance and later will join with changed clothes but anyway just ignore her clothes then it becomes a must watch! The talk on the stage was funny. I surely did enjoy ;)

The first participant to perform was Boogie Woogie’s little star Swasti Nitya who danced with her teacher Prajakta and they danced to one of my favorite song from old times - "nazre milaane ko jee chahta hai, dil o jaan lutaane ko jee chahta hai". Yeah that’s what I want to say too! ;) When Swasti comes on the stage, I can’t help but use the phrase "cute as button". This time she was not only cute as button but also danced superbly. Watch her expressions, her latkas and jhatkas. This five year old was way too good. God bless her!! Her teacher Prajakta was flawless, graceful and did a wonderful job teaching the same to Swasti. Must watch performance. The after performance talk was again adorable and makes you feel happy. Swasti gets ladoos for the judges.

The next to perform is boogie Woogie’s power packed found talent - Dhiren Raj Baraik who has set a record in giving fabulous to mind blowing stage ripping performances and Saturday night he joins with his teacher Hycinth Fernandez to prove this point even more in better style. Watch Rakhi’s expressions, she was happily shocked watching their flawless performance. The expressions of both the dancers and the steps and sync was great. They danced on song "Naam hai mera Foncesca" from movie Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander. Hycinth is a professional dancer and so it must get difficult for a kid to perform at her level but he does it so brilliantly and they both looked professional. Hycinth did a wonderful job teaching him. Rakhi was too sweet with her comments and asked Viren to dance with her when he grows up as she felt she could learn a lot from him. On this little Viren told her respectfully that he has lots to learn from her. You know another good point that I am going to bring of Rakhi’s is that when other guests came on Boogie Woogie for example Kashmira, she showed her displeasure towards Rakhi but when Rakhi came on show she did not talk about any displeasures about anyone but only enjoyed kids performances. The happiness on her face talked a lot that she really loves kids and does know how to behave with them. Ravi was extremely funny when he was trying to make Hycinth talk in Hindi. Hycinth’s talk was as adorable as her dance.

The next performer was Nupur Bhatt who came in with her cute teacher "Payal". Both danced adorably with two teddy bears on song "ye ishq haye baithe bithaaye" and did an awesome job. both were dressed in similar outfits and were in synch. It was a well enjoyed performance. The after performance was entertaining and is must watch! Actually I dont think Payal is overweight. She looks adorable and perfect. "Payal, stay the way you are - thin is not beautiful and you are too cute!" ;) It was hilarious with the Boo teachers on the stage rolling with laughter making fun of Payal’s language - guys I tell you ….very bad! :D While the guys carry on their fun and talk about the things, Rakhi sits silently. Watch Boogie Woogie’s master of masters choreographers Sumeet and Vinod joining the stage and showing their style. Mr. Bhatt, Nupur’s father speaks good about Rakhi Sawant and also dedicates few lines of singing for her. Her grandfather also shows pleasure in seeing her on the show. Well I am going to say again, Mr. Bhatt has awesome voice and I love listening to him. The funniest part was when Rakhi asked Mrs. Bhatt if her husband sang a song for her and little Nupur jumps in to say about the family round when Mr. Bhatt sang "jabse huyi hai shaadi". She was too cute and funny.

Next was Sanjana Bamrada who came with Deepika Shetty, her teacher. Both danced on song "Singh is King" a remix version. It was a very well put, energized number and the steps were awesome. The teacher’s energies were more visible then the student and so she took the highlight. But little Sanjana was great in her own style. Okay here was the cutest and funniest thing - Rakhi remembered when Sanjana spoke bad about her in one of the previous episodes. The highlight was they showed the clipping to Rakhi. And just when Rakhi was about to talk to Sanjana, Sanjana starts to tell her how her opinion has changed now and she is her favorite. It was the cutest thing. Rakhi was too sweet to ignore and not to create any drama and had a smile on her face. Rakhi praised both Sanjana and Deepika’s dance and then she joins them to dance along with both the dancers on song "my desi girl". It was too adorable to watch Sanjana kiss Rakhi and vice versa. I just wished she hadn’t worn that outfit.

Okay the last performer for tonight was from the much talented Vaishnavi Patil who came with her Boo teacher Niket. Now Niket I am sure everyone remembers. He is too fabulous of a dancer and with the combination of Vaishnavi and Niket, I knew we were heading for the best closing of the show. I loved the stage and the colors here especially when Vaishnavi comes out from the rotating Boogie Woogie and also Niket comes down with the rope. Their somersaults, and the steps they took was FLAWLESS and PERFECT. It did not look from any corner that a participant was dancing with her teacher, they looked like two professionals. Vaishnavi’s classical steps in between the song was too great. Niket’s lifting of Vaishnavi and Vaishnavi keeping her hands and legs straight in perfect style was mind blowing. There was not a single step that you wouldnt enjoy. This clipping should be shown on Sony in between the serials like the way they show Bollywood songs. It was a masterpiece! Bravo Niket - very well done!! All three judges spoke very well about the performance. They spoke words from my heart.

Okay now was the time for them to announce the eliminations results. A lot of times we start to guess who may be eliminated or who should be but has it ever happened to you that you started to wish no one should be eliminated? Last night, I realized that I was saying out loud, "please don’t eliminate anyone" when I noticed Naved and Ravi telling to Rakhi who should be eliminated. Watch Swasti’s face, she was almost in tears. And I can’t tell you how happy I was with the decision that no one got eliminated even during this week. But Ravi cleared that next week there will be eliminations as in just couple of weeks there will be finals. So okayyy that’s fine but thanks for keeping them all together at least for another week - it was the cutest thing you guys did :D

And so the show got over on a happy note.  This episode would be the best episode if only Rakhi came in with slightly more clothes but neverthless she was great with her attitude. All the best Rakhi!

First let me tell you what’s going to happen this week - this week the gurus (teachers) will be competing with the chelas (students) in dancing competition. The judging is not based on if the teacher dances better or the student but how much better any teacher has taught his student. The marks will be given to students alone and both teacher and student will dance and compete to pass this week’s round. Interesting concept isn’t? At first, when I heard, I was feeling little weird on why they are making the guru and chela compete and I thought it just wont be fair but when I understood the concept, I really liked it!

3 Friday night’s episode started with Naved and Ravi talking about the concept and then Ali Asgar joining them dressed up like a small kid. He was the guest on Friday night’s episode. Ali Asgar, I have to tell this, I find him extremely talented. He left his mark in many tele serials but the one act that he mastered to perfection and gets him a standing applause is his forte in comedy. He is extremely hilarious when it comes to comedy and I don’t think there is even a single episode of Comedy Circus of his that I did not enjoy. I also think he and Kashif had made the best pair in comedy circus till date and those episodes of them together should surely be in history of best performances ever. I haven’t seen a pair as good as them. When they act, they make you feel "paisa wasool". Ali Asgar is natural, and original, he comes up with acts that are not forced or vulgar but highly enjoyable. And so Boogie Woogie experienced the same comedy side of his this week. Must watch! God Bless you Ali!

Okay now lets get back to the performances but before that I have to tell you something. On Friday early morning, my friend send me a clipping of a dance performance from another dance show and praised that a lot. When I watched, I found it lukewarm. It was alright nothing too great and as usual the feeling is due to me being addicted to a show that brings in much more higher talent - Boogie Woogie. And so I waited after watching that clipping to watch my favorite show at 8 pm to prove my point. This week’s episode I have to tell you it was MIND BLOWING!! If I have to use slang then I can say "performers this week have ripped the stage apart". You will witness the best episode of Naache Taare Zameen Par this week with full 5 stars without any doubt! There is nothing you can do except for watching in awe. There are shows which make you feel "okay yaar its the same repeated crap.. nothing new.. lets not watch" and then there is Boogie Woogie which even after 12 - 13 years makes you sit on your seat on top of your toes with a big smile on your face which you can enjoy with entire family. Its a show that makes you feel proud!

Anyway the first participant to perform tonight was Shivalika Dhait who danced with her teacher "Priya Patel". Both danced extremely beautiful on a classical number. The performance was graceful and very beautifully put. It was soothing and the color combination both the dancers wore played an extra role. Both were in complete sync. The after performance talk brought the moment which I wait for every week - Shivalika’s narration of shers and she once again brought a big smile on my face. Priya was very sweet and took the compliments very well and was also happy for the compliments that Shivalika got. She is an professional dancer and the best part was there was no ego to be seen especially when Naved said Shivalika’s expressions were better then the teacher. On that remark she replied humbly and I am sure she must have won many hearts on Friday night. Such humbleness and great attitude can only be seen on Boogie Woogie. Good job guys!

At this time Naved talked about Ali acting in the movie "Slumdog Millionare" and it was too hilarious. Listen to Ali Asgar’s narration ;)

Next was Sanoy Dev and Rishikaysh and please DONT MISS. It is a must must watch! Both Sanoy and Rishikaysh were dressed up as half male and half female. The steps, synchronization between them and they put the entire performance so flawlessly and easily is worth a standing applause. My eyes were stuck without a blink watching them in praise. I actually don’t have much words to say except watch the rerun or get the video online, you surely don’t want to miss this performance! The after performance talk was again hilarious and this time it was due to Ali Asgar who mimicked Aamir Khan and if you don’t look at him, one would feel its Aamir’s voice. Brilliantly mimicked. It was hilarious and highly enjoyable. They also showed Rishikaysh clipping from two years back when he participated as a contestant and spoke how well he is doing now. That’s what’s up! Great talent never goes unnoticed and I am sure this is still only a beginning for a talent like Rishikaysh as he still got miles to go! Watch Sanoy talk about him liking the girls part better and the act where he acted like a girl and then acted like Shakti Kapoor. Sanoy has been surprising every week with something new and has been speeding high towards the top chart. Keep it up Sanoy! Dhiren Raj Baraik spoke words of wisdom when Sanoy said he feels Dhiren will be tough competition. Also listen to Ali Asgar speak about Boogie Woogie’s team from Naalasupara who went on to another show to teach Ali Asgar and other celebrity contestants teach dance. And again we see both Ravi and Naved humbled up and speak words that touches ones heart. Also one more thing you need to watch, Ali Asgar’s dance along with Sanoy and Rishi - Cute!

Alright now was the time for little angel Phalguni Bhardwaj who came with her teacher Mandeep to perform. We have seen Mandeep a number of times and so I knew that we were waiting for some rocking times. Just when you think the best is over, here comes Mandeep and Phalguni who literally makes you open your mouth in awe. Most of the times we saw Phalguni do Indian classical or semi classical dances or even bollywood dance. Although she did perform western once but this was the first performance she completely surprises you dancing flawlessly to Hip Hop and so my eyes were almost popping out watching her and her perfect teacher Mandeep. They both danced on song "Mera ranjha baliye". It was superb!! Watch little phalguni do a somersault in the end ;) MUST WATCH!! The after performance talk was again very entertaining and adorable.

The next performance was by Boogie Woogie’s power house Rashmi Kunder who came with her teacher Kiran to perform. With Kiran performing with Rashmi, I didn’t expect anything less but perfect and flawless and high energetic number. They both together danced on remixed songs combining of "Yaahi re yaahi re" and "rangeela re" with hip hop. It was beautifully remixed and the entire performance was nothing but extremely beautiful. Kiran projected himself as a geek who joins Rashmi and dances to the song and in the end he leaves her back to go back to his geek self. The concept looked little bit like Rab ne banadi jodi type but I would place Kiran and Rashmi’s performance at much more higher level then the movie. A job greatly done!

Okay now Chang enters the sets of Boogie Woogie singing "Chala jaata hu kissi ki dhun mein" song. He then tells how much he likes the show and that’s why he came in without invitation. He then informs about the Grand Finale of Indian Idol which is today. Then the surprise factor - All four, Naved, Ravi, Ali and Chang dances. It was fantastic to watch all four shake their legs. I definitely think Boogie Woogie must have every week dances like this. It doesn’t matter if Ravi, Naved and Javed dances in the beginning or in middle, as long as they throw in little dance here and there every week. It will be a beautiful BONUS in times of recession and we Boogie Woogie audience do deserve don’t we? ;)

The last participant on Friday night was little adorable superstar of Boogie Woogie - Madhav Wazalwar who came in with his teacher Khalid. Both together gave a hilarious and cutest performance. It was totally entertaining and also keeps your feet tapping to the beats of the Govinda’s number "Meri shaadi karwao". Watch both of them roll in sync. This was one performance that makes you roll with laughter especially the last part where both Khalid and Madhav wears Ravi and Naved masks and dances. They ended the performance getting Ravi and Naved married to each other. Hilarioussssss - yes with that many "s". Must watch!! Watch Ravi and Naved’s expressions when these two come with their masks. The after performance talk was also hilarious and adorable. Listen to Madhav speak about bada Govinda and chota Govinda and how and what he will do when he sees Govinda. Ali Asgar then mimicked Rishi Kapoor and yes he does look a lot like Rishi Kapoor duplicate and so the act suited him perfectly. I do hope to see Ali Asgar more often on TV. Anyway, with this the Friday night’s episode ended to bring the remaining five contestants on Saturday night.

Two words for Friday night episode - MUST WATCH!!

Feb 23

First of all - I am extremely sorry for the delay. As they say its better to be late then never and so I continue with the review of Saturday night’s episode of Naache Taare Zameen Par.

Saturday’s episode continued with the remaining 5 contestants to perform with the look alike superstars.

The first contestant to perform was Rashmi Kunder who performed with Arshad Warsi. Rashmi’s intro talk before her performance was very funny as she spoke in Hindi and in "dada" style except that it turned out to be more with accent. It was cute. They both danced on song "Golmaal" and the choreography was good. Both the dancers were great in their dancing style. Highly enjoyable. On Friday nights episode, one couldn’t help but look only at look alikes, Saturday’s episode, we were able to enjoy both dancers equally.

Just before the break they had a Ghajini spoof and the funny thing was that a guy was dressed up in Aamir’s style and called himself Ghajini. It was regarding money lending and was funny. :D

The next to perform was Boogie Woogie’s superstar who came with my favorite superstar "Salman Khan". Now let me tell you something upfront… whether its Salman Khan in real or a look alike Salman, I going to give my best reviews to it. So here I go…. IT WAS THE BEST PERFORMANCE OF THE EPISODE. 5 STARS!!!  Little Madhav and look alike Salman both were fabulous and danced on song "Do you wanna partner" from movie "Partner". Without being biased, I still would say the choreography was the best and funny and highly enjoyable. Little Madhav’s expressions and his hand movements especially when girls pass were fabulous. Salman Jr and madhav both took their shirts off and danced just in Salman style. ahem ahem! I really hope Salman gets to watch this episode. This performance a MUST MUST MUST WATCH!! The after performance talk was hilarious especially when the judges asked Madhav why he got that hairstyle and what its called so immediately this smart kid turns around to Salman Jr and asks him the meaning. Salman Jr says "Spike ek chote aor handsome ladke ki nishaani hai" and the judges asks him to say so Madhav says "isne sahi kaha". Very smart Madhav! :D Salman Jr talked high and very well about Salman to which I totally agree. He was the same guy who we saw on the game show "Dus ka Dum" where Salman Jr dances and Salman then joins him later. I do remember that episode clearly. Listen to Madhav talk about weight lifting and duplicate show and the rift between him and other kids. He talks so adorable. Catch the reruns, or if its already over then get the videos on net. Must Watch! And I do hope to see the real Salman on Boogie Woogie one day soon. It would definitely make my day to see all my favorites together under the same roof! Make it happen Boogie Woogie ;)

Next one to perform was Vaishnavi Patil who came with Shahid Kapoor Jr. This was another beautiful choreographed number which was highly enjoyable dance wise. Talented Vaishnavi threw in a mind blowing performance and her each and every step was enjoyable. They danced on song "Sade naal karle". Shahid Kapoor was great too. He looked thinner version of Shahid Kapoor. Vaishnavi narrated a sher and I really like these tiny tots narrating sher shayaris as I feel this seed of art that is being sow in them will let the art live longer. I am really glad that they are not rapping instead just like every third kid on the block. India is so rich in its culture and its very important that the kids get involved in it for its survival or else the rich culture becomes a history. Speaking to kids in Indian language and making them learn the rich culture is very crucial in present times. It is really sad that most of the families started to speak only in English with their kids and with this the Indian languages will be lost. But when we see kids like Vaishnavi and Shivalika, they make us feel proud. I can say "that’s what’s up!! Way to go!" Anyway back to the show - Vaishnavi’s dance teacher danced Bharatnatyam on the same song during after performance and the dance was as beautiful as she herself was.

Listen to Ravi, Naved and Javed talk about recession, ATM and beggars - it was hilarious.

Okay now was the time for the little doll - Swasti Nitya who came to dance with Hritik Roshan Jr and both of them danced on song "Jhoomro jhoomro". USP - watch Swasti’s smile, dance steps and the way she was dressed. She looked as cute as a button and totally adorable. It was very well put performance. Hritik Jr was fabulous as always. He is a great talented dancer. Both of them threw in a highly enjoyable dance. The "Boo" dancers in red, white and black added a lot of charm to this number and should equally be credited. The after performance was cute. Listen to little Swasti tell Aamir’s name and the actress name from movie Ghajini. Watch Ravi, Javed and Naved try to make Hritik Jr say his fiance’s name and the way he tries to cover it up. It was hilarious. Swasti looked absolutely beautiful.

The last one to perform was little Phalguni Bhardwaj who came with extremely talented look alike who created raves during look alike special last year on You Tube - Sunny Deol Jr. He was fantastic yet again with his dialogues, actions and dance. This Sunny Deol Jr and Phalguni threw in a mind blowing performance with a medley of songs but dominated by "Naa jaane kaha se aayi hai" and "you and I lets do bale bale" and "main nikla gaddi leke". The dialogues in between, mixing of songs was beautifully done and nowhere it sounded like forced so whoever did the job - beautiful job done, keep it up!! The Boo dancers were fabulous yet again. I would definitely place this performance as second best after the Salman look alike. It definitely was thoroughly entertaining and is MUST MUST WATCH!!! Listen to both of them scream "Yaaaahhhh". Jagdeep Jafri look alike was especially funny talking in middle. And watch Phalguni’s expression when Sunny Jr screams. Go and fish the videos out - it will surely make you chuckle!

It is wonderful to see the look alikes back on Boogie Woogie. Highly entertaining. THANK YOU BOOGIE WOOGIE!! Please bring them back soon!

Okay now comes the painful part - eliminations! I am sure those who haven’t watched the episode will cry when Swasti cries. She broke down when Javed asked her if she wants to go back to Bhagalpur. She first said "no as she likes to stay with Boogie Woogie" but then later she said if she had to go then she will go and meet her friends and started to cry. It was a very heart touching moment. All the look alikes did a little meeting in a circle and requested the judges not to eliminate any contestant tonight as they did before. On this Javed said they have to go with the format and the elimination must happen and so they announced the name - NO ONE GOT ELIMINATED!!! YAH!!!! I can’t tell you enough how happy I was with their decision. Bravo!! This is what makes Boogie Woogie different from other shows - it has no stupid dramas and they do respect a appeal! Keep it up Boogie Woogie! Proud of you guys again!

Have a wonderful day folks! :D

Feb 21

Today’s episode was something that was very much demanded by all. When Boogie Woogie started their look alike special, it was not only a complete entertainer and super duper hit but people started to browse Internet with the look alike tags. The amount of hits and the amount of video clicks that we had when we use to upload videos was amazing. Anyway, today’s episode came with the same promising entertainment of look alike superstars and the show on the whole was just fabulous.

For little stars, they had "pick your superstar" theme. Naache Taare Zameen Par contestants had to pick one chit on which one of the look alike superstar’s name was written and that person would be their dancing partner.

And today we saw all three Javed, Naved and Ravi together and Javed looked fabulous with his clean shave. And you have to listen to Javed mimicking Sanjay Dutt. He was just fabulous. I enjoyed it to the core!

The first participant tonight was Sanoy Dev and his partner was Hritik Roshan jr. They both danced on song Ek pal ka jeena and both were dressed in similar costumes and the performance IS MUST MUST WATCH!! The Boo dancers added a lot of charm too. The dance performance looked thoroughly professional and the steps both took was breath taking. You surely will enjoy the dance. If you don’t get the channel in your area make sure to watch the video at Apni Community or India Forums!!! The after performance talk was fantastic. There was mimicry in audience and there was not a single second that you will find boring. It was superb! The way Sanoy and Hritik Jr showed their muscles was very cute.

The next performer was Boogie Woogie’s little powerful talented poodiya (packet) Shivalika Dhait - the Shaiyara of Boogie Woogie! Bobby Deol Jr was her partner tonight. The pre talk was missing some energies but the dance compensated for everything. It was colorful and again I am going to say "Hip hip hurray to Boo Dancers!!" The stage looked like it was on fire. Little Shivalika was dressed beautifully in red and green. On the whole it was a entertaining performance. Shivalika yet again entertained everyone with her fabulous shayari but somehow I feel her energies were low today. She either was feeling low or not feeling her usual 100 percent. I hope she feels her usual self back soon and will continue to mesmerize everyone.

Today they had Jagdeep look alike and it was very entertaining. All these spoofs in between has their own charm. I do think Boogie Woogie should continue with them always.

The next to come was Nupur Bhatt who got Himmesh Reshammiya as her dancing partner.  The start of the performance was totally hilarious with the boo dancers saying "Topi waale baba ki jai" and singing ek baar aja aaja song. Then Himmesh Jr joined with Nupur and they both together danced on song "mohabbat ki guzarish ho rahi hai" song and both together danced fabulous. I really wish we could replace Himmesh Jr with Himmesh Sr forever ;) Nupur was amazing in her dance. She has improved so much. She and Himmesh Jr both danced with lot of energies. The after performance talk was hilarious but the cutest was when Ravi danced his favourite step. MUST WATCH!

The Haryanvi and Jagdeep jr acts were again hilarious. Must watch - it will surely fill your day with chuckles. A perfect episode for the gray gloomy weekend!

The next to come was Viren Raj Baraik who got Sanjay Dutt Jr as his dancing partner. Sanjay Dutt jr sounds like Sanjay Dutt and looks just like how Sanjay use to look in his younger days. They both danced to song "Har taraf hai shor". It was fantastic but the only thing is that I have observed is, my eyes were more on the look alikes then the participants. It was just fantastic to see these look alikes like the last time. I wouldn’t be exaggerating but they stole the thunder from these kids. But coming back to the dance - both Viren and Sanjay Dutt danced extremely well. They put the life in that tapori dance and it is a MUST MUST WATCH! The after performance talk was again entertaining. The interesting part was when they showed a clip from 10 years ago when Sanjay Dutt jr had first participated in Boogie Woogie. Ravi and Naved looked so much different. Actually Javed hasn’t changed that much ;)

Sanjana Bamrada was the last for the evening to perform and she was accompanied by Sharukh Khan jr. Sanjana talked with so much energy in her pre talk - watch her. This little bundle of joy and Sharukh jr danced on the new song "marjaani marjaani" from Billu Barber - oops I forgot, we are not suppose to call Barber anymore so lets drop the barber ;) Oh by the way, can someone explain me why the word "barber" was found offensive by the community? Anyway the song and the danced both were totally energized and entertaining. We could hear audience cheering and enjoying the performance the most. AGAIN MUST MUST WATCH!! The after performance talk was again entertaining and heart warming. Sharukh jr also narrated a dialogue in Sharukh’s style.

The dance that Jadgeep Jr did was fabulous and entertaining. With this the episode for tonight ended with a promise to bring the rest of the participants tomorrow night.

See you tomorrow folks! Have a GoodNight!

javed-jaffrey-jagdeep-1 Saturday night - Boogie Woogie was blessed by the living legend “Mr. Jagdeep aka Jawaher Ali Jaafferi”. Mr. Jagdeep was the chief guest of honor who came along with Tabassum to judge the Naache Taare Zameen Par - Saturday episode.

Mr. Jaafferi himself is a brilliant dancer and if you watch his movies, you can very well know how and where the talent came from in Javed and Naved. Boogie Woogie is very famous for its light comedy as it keeps the show in its best mood and a lot of times we have witnessed a number of comedies, spoofs, sher shayaris but today when you hear Mr. Jaafferi, you surely will forget everything as he mesmerizes flawlessly and with ease each of his narration. His pronounciation of every word is note worthy - a lot that the present and future generation can learn from. He not only has weightage in his speech but also has the art to take the audience in his grip at any moment of time. Yes a master is a master after all!!

Mr. Jaafferi narrated an funny incident just like the Soorma Bhopali from Sholay. And then both Tabassum ji and Mr. Jaafferi narrated couple of funny shers. Looking at Naved sitting right next to his father makes one realize how much he looks like his father and actually it reminded me of a song - ”mein apne papa ki carbon copy”. :D

tabassum_01 The first participant to start this fabulous episode is none other then the Boogie Woogie’s superstar - Swasti Nitya who was accompanied by her mother, father, grandmother and aunt. Swasti Nitya danced like a puppet on song “oh piya leke doliya” and a number of other songs including Shobha Mudgal’s “Dholna”. She was just fabulous yet again and you just like other times will surely feel like taking her out from television set. You need to pardon me as I wasn’t sure when her family entered or what dance they did as my eyes were just on Swasti. I realized her family was on stage only in the end of the song. When she was asked how she remembers to dance on entire song, she answered back saying “because she tries to remember thats why”. She also sang a bhajan beautifully and one could make out the Mr. Jaafferi was thoroughly enjoying it.

I am a huge fan of Mr. Jaafferi not just for his movies and the legend that he is but also for creating a beautiful example in this world in form of his loving and disciplined family. He is a big inspiration to many in this world and I am extremely fond of him. God bless him!!

Swasti Nitya’s grandmother spoke really well about how little Swasti is and that she has way to go and needs to learn a lot. She spoke words of wisdom too but the one thing again and again takes my mind towards her is her sweet voice. She speaks just like Asha Bhosle ji. I am sure she should be a fabulous singer too. Ravi and Naved sang “Happy Birthday” song for Swasti. We wish this little angel a very Happy Birthday too!

Okay here is the Must Must watch!! Listen to Mr. Jaafferi speak an incident when he and Tabussum acted in a movie about 50 years ago as a child artist. It was heart warming.

3 ravi behl and naved jaafferi-1 Next participant to come was another talented dancer - Vaishnavi Patil and she came with her father, mother, grandmother, uncle, aunt and cousins. They danced on song “Moriya moriya” and Vaishnavi danced just like a professional - absolutely flawless. A must watch performance!! After performance talk was sweet. The surprise factor was Vaishnavi narrating a fabulous sher and the heart warming was when she taook blessings of the judges and gave them a kiss.

Okay now was the time for another super talented dancer - Viren Raj Baraik who came in with his brothers to perform in this family round. They danced on one of my all time favorite song “Jawan hai yaaro” from movie Joh jeeta wohi sikander and the dance, acting, expressions everything were highly enjoyable and takes you into another world along with your entire attention A very well put performance. But the highlight was not over - it was the after performance talk that was absolutely wonderful especially when Viren’s brother sang another favorite song of mine - a Kailash Kher’s number “Saiyaan” and he sang beautifully. He sure has potential and I do hope he participates in one of the singing reality shows soon as he has everything that is needed to be a great singer.

The next participant to perform was another talented dancer - Sanjana Bamrada who came in with her mother, aunt, cousins and they danced on song “ankhiyan”. I might have messed up the song title so correct me please ;) Anyway the performance was good but I don’t know maybe its only me but the mixing or the dialogues with music was a bit untidy.. a clear cutting and proper mixing would have done wonders. But the family was fantastic and all of them together danced well. The after performance talk was fantastic!!

boogie_20woogie Tabassum ji brought a very valid point when she said in all reality shows judges makes the participants nervous when they talk and in Boogie Woogie, both Ravi and Naved makes the participants and their family feel at ease and comfortable. Very well said Tabassum ji!!

The next to perform was Nupur Bhatt but before that Mr. Jaafferi’s fan, a participant’s uncle spoke words of praises for him and also shakes his hand. Mr. Jaafferi thanks in his own modest way and says whatever he is, it is due to the love that people gave him.

Nupur Bhatt is joined by her family - mother, father, grandmother, grandfather and they dance on song “Bhor bhaye panghat pe” and Nupur’s graph has only been climbing high very week and so she danced yet again fabulously. The song was beautifully remixed with hip hop and yet maintained its original grace. Entire family’s participation was beautiful. This week Mr. Bhatt mesmerised his audience again with the song that he sang extremely beautiful. He sure is a great singer! The words and thoughts that were exchanged between the family and the judges were heart warming and makes you say “Mera Bharat Mahaan!!” God bless them all!

Now it was time for the elimination and and and……………….. a judgement that brings a big smile on everyone’s face - yes no one got eliminated this week because it was a family round. Tabassum ji spoke beautiful words on family togetherness. Must watch!!

Families and judges gave credit to Boogie Woogie choreographers of Naache Taare Zameen Par - Sumeet and Vinod. Yes Sumeet and Vinod, this week you guys did a wonderful job though last week for couple of participants it was little bit disappointing but you guys have made it up very well for this week. Both you guys are great and we do look forward to such perfect choreography for all future episodes. God bless All!

WATCH THE VIDEOS ON INDIA FORUMS OR APNI COMMUNITY - MUST WATCH EPISODE!!!

Have a goodnight folks!
