This week in Boogie Woogie Kids Championship 2008 Semi Finals, little master blaster Dheirya Sonecha graced the sets of Boogie Woogie.

For those who are wondering who Dheirya is then let me remind you that you must have watched Dheirya along with Sharukh Khan’s show "Kya aap paanchvi paas se tez ho"

This little wonder came with few riddles and also had wise explanation to give when he was asked how people should feel regarding their skin color.

He brightened the entire episode with his infectious smile. God bless him!

Since the Kids Championship started, Javed was missing from show. He was busy in his shootings and even though Naved and Ravi carried the show very well but there was something that was clearly missing from the show. Yes that was Javed!! Today it looked like the life was back. It makes a huge difference to the show when the awesome trio is together and if any one of them goes missing then that leaves the show little incomplete.

We saw many guests coming in for Boogie Woogie Kids Championship to take place of Javed’s absence but what magic Javed could bring to the show, none of the others could do.

And what an entry!!! Viola!! I was waiting for so long to see Javed dance. It was a perfect entry. He danced little with the kids. All die hard fans of Javed I am sure must have whistled tonight. It was a beautiful entry. I personally think every week before they start the show, they must do a little performance themselves. That would definitely be an awesome treat to the fans of Boogie Woogie.

Javed talked about his shootings and said even though he was away for few weeks and travelled abroad, he did follow Boogie Woogie and kept a close watch on the show.

Kashmira and Krushna were guests on Saturday’s episode of Boogie Woogie Kids Championship 2008 that aired on September 20th
They both made an entry dancing on the stage to Govinda’s song from the movie Hero no 1, “Mein paidal se jara tha, unne cycle pe aari thi, kiya ting ting ka ishara mujhe badnaam kiya na” and gave a fabulous performance.

Krushna is superstar Govinda’s nephew. Both Krushna and Kashmira had participated in reality shows and had won twice - once for “Ustaado ke Ustaad” and another one for “Kabhi kabhi pyar kabhi kabhi yaar”. It was interesting to see Kashmira talk about her best friend Rakhi Sawant and also danced to her number “Tuk tuk bole”. Both Krushna and Kashmira enjoyed watching kids performances thoroughly and also danced with couple of kids. The chemistry was clearly at its peak between the couple and they both were pleasant addition to Boogie Woogie guests lists.

Today - Friday’s episode we saw Krushna and Sudesh as special guests of honor for Kids Championship 2008 in the finals round. Both excel in their careers on Television and possess multiple talents.
Krushna is multi talented and is a good dancer, a comedian and an excellent actor as well. He also won Ustaado ke Ustaad along with Kashmira in dance competition. He paired along with Sudesh Lahari for Comedy Circus and have given many rollicking performances.
Sudesh excels in comedy and has a unique style. Both Krishna and Sudesh as a team can be seen on Sony’s Kaate ki Takkar.which is aired on every Saturday at 10 pm.

Today on Boogie Woogie both Krushna and Sudesh not only encouraged kids in their performances but also showcased their talent both in comedy as well as in dance. Krishna danced with couple of kid contestants and also with couple of mothers as well.
It sure was a treat to watch a pleasant episode along with the awesome duo Naved and Ravi.

They will be back tomorrow along with Kashmira so make sure to on your television sets sharp at 8 pm

Masumeh was the guest in todays episode for Boogie Woogie Kids Championship 2008 for Finals Round 1.

Masumeh came to promote her movie “Saas Bahu and Sunsex”. She is acting in the movie along with Farooq Sheikh whom we saw in yesterday’s episode.

This pretty lady not only enjoyed today’s performances and spoke words of encouragement but also got up sportingly to dance with couple of kids and gave a consoling hug to the Neha and Samantha. She also spoke about her movie and a promo was shown which sounds pretty interesting movie to watch. At least it triggered some interest in me.

Friday September 12, 2008 Finals – Kids Championship Round 1

As Boogie Woogie began with the final round for Kids Championship 2008, it was a pretty pleasant surprise to see Farooq Sheikh as the guest of honor.

For all those who do not know who Farooq sheikh is, here is a little about him.

Farooq Sheikh, a renowned Bollywood actor who contributed his acting skills especially during 1970’s and 80’s. He worked with directors like Satyajit Ray, Muzaffar Ali, Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Ketan Mehta. He acted in many comedies both on television and as well as on big screen. He has hands on experience on stage drama and has been very popular in that field.

Farooq is a natural actor and delivers his roles to perfection. He is very popular even on the small screen where he reigned in shows like “Yeh hai Zindagi”, Hamari Amrita and others.

My all time favorite movie of his is Chashme Budoor, Saath Saath and Bazaar. These three movies I can watch any number of times. I would highly suggest you to watch if you haven’t watched yet. His other popular movies were Noorie, Kissi Se na Kahna, Maya Memsaab, Shatranj ke khiladi and many others.

Farooq Sheikh studied law but before he could begin his practice, he began his career in films. He is starring in a new movie which is called “Saas Bahu and Sunsex”.

It was very pleasant to watch him and he thoroughly enjoyed kids performances. His language skills both in English and Urdu are commendable.
