Yes Radhika, you should be able to use Eros Music for auditions as its not listed in Boogie Woogie’s black listed names. Good luck dear!

When Boogie Woogie conducts auditions, they display it on the TV screens, and once they inform in their show about auditions, they will surely conduct in Delhi too. Please wait for them to inform but you can always send you VCD to Firdaus for auditions and that is the best way to give your audition. Good Luck!

About auditions we don’t know yet but keep watching Boogie Woogie and when they are about to conduct auditions, they will display all the information on the TV screen. Hi Deeras: We don’t know about the next auditions date for Boogie Woogie Chalo America. Please keep watching your local Sony channel in US and when they conduct the auditions they will advertise on the screen. Do record the auditions information for your safety. As far as age cut off is concerned, I don’t think it should be any problem. But if they decide to have for only a particular group then they will inform at the time of auditions. For now its all fine. Also you can send your audition DVD to Mumbai at R & N TV Productions address. Please see audition page for more details.

Hi Gunjan, we don’t know of any auditions for Boogie Woogie in Delhi at this time. Please keep watching TV for details. But as far as category is concerned, you should be able to participate in any category right from kids championships to solo or many others. Good luck dear!

This is in reference to the ongoing Auditions for your Esteemed Serial “BOOGI WOOGI”
Show and especially my 7 year old son Mihir.
I would also like to inform you that he as he too is an exceptionally good Dancer and Performer. He till date has participated in more than 10 competitions and has won 7 of them. He has also participated in various Cultural and Festival shows.
Also note that he has tremendous talent and can definitely prove him. I would hence request your good self to give him a chance to participate in your Renowned and most Popular TV Show. i can send dvd of his perfomance and if u want see his dance log on youtube video and type mihir soni u can see his mindblowing perfomance so plz reply me when audition start i can already send dvd of his perfomance but i can’t get any reply frm them how could i know they can got my dvd ?

Hi Mr. Soni, good to know that you already sent your sons VCD to Mumbai. Well the thing is that as far as I know, if R & N Productions like the performance and when that meets their particular category, they will contact you directly. For example, you sent your VCD to them now and let’s say they liked your sons audition but they do not have any requirement for Kids program right now as they are busy running other categories so they will keep the audition tape until the need arises and will contact at that particular time. So to be precise, there can be two reasons why you did not hear from them - one, if they liked what they saw then they might contact you later or two, if they didn’t like the performance then they will not contact or inform. Please wait and see what’s in store. We wish you the very best!

Hi Sneha, this question only Boogie Woogie can answer but my understanding tells that for a group performance, only one form should be sufficient. You will need to write all of the dancers names on that form. Good luck dear!

Geetha: I think Boogie-Woogie US has no standards after 2006, for 2007 there were only two judges, one is a singer other one is Jimmy Shergal the guy who doesnt even know how to spell dance. For 2008 the reason behind the winners because of Mr.Mahajan’s students. Something under the table stuff is going on here. If this is not serious you should stop the event. This is kind of very non-sence.

Hi Geetha, I agree with you! Not only it has been a nonsense but also ridiculous. MSM-Sony has a very retarded way of working when it comes to Chalo America events and on top of that they are the biggest morons to blame others without any rhyme or reason for their own stupid faults. I do hope R & N TV Productions will not allow any further auditions in America to be conducted by sony if they are not free to do so. As far as MSM is concerned, they are not only bad business but plain disgusting!

Hi Lizi, the song that Ripanpreet danced as her last performance was “mohabbat banke jawani aayi” on Saturday night and on Friday she danced on “Ishq Kamina” but if you were asking for the previous week’s song when she danced along with Jhalak choreographer Maricha Fernandes then it was “ahun ahun” from movie Love Aaj Kal.

There were many queries that came to this fan site and hence has been answered to the best of our knowledge. i am a regular viewer of Boogie woogie programme since 1996. I like your programme a lot. Some time back Mr. Ganesh Acharya’s daughter performed on this show on the song Pappu can’t dance saala. Which was choriographed by her only. Can you air this performance once more or can you send me the video of that. I liked that performance a lot. The facial expressions and dance movements were really amazing.

Hi Shika, it is too early for 2010 auditions for Mummy Championships dear. They just finished for 2009. We still got plenty of time before its time for auditions but you can always send your DVD or VCD to them as your audition. Please see audition page on this site. Good luck dear!

Hi Mr. D’Souza and Mrs Shivani Aggarwal, thanks for your enquiry. To participate in Boogie Woogie there are two options. One, wait for Boogie Woogie to conduct the auditions in one of the nearest location from your place and give a face to face audition or else make a VCD/ DVD of the best performance of your daughter and mail it to Firdaus at R & N TV Productions mailing address in Mumbai. Hi Sangita, thanks so much for the encouraging message. I try to answer although I am not the right person so sometimes it gets uncomfortable answering. I am very sorry for the delay in answering this time. There has been a lot on my plate and due to which the delay occurred but hoping to be back to normal as of today. As far as auditions are concerned, I have my eyes open dear. Boogie Woogie has not telecasted any audition details on their screen till now but as soon as they do, I will put up the information on this site for easy access. Also since they just finished with Mummy’s championship, there wont be any auditions for mummy’s till next year. Will inform you more as I come to know more. Thanks again dear and keep visiting

Hi Sonia, as per my knowledge there are many competitions that Boogie Woogie helds that doesn’t require a married or non married status and you can very well be part of any category except for kids championships. Please keep watching Boogie Woogie and when they conduct auditions, they will telecast the information on your TV screen with details. Hi Priya, We don’t know about the next auditions yet but we have our eyes open. As soon as we come to know of any news or rumors, we will be more then glad to let you know and also publish it. We also recommend you highly to make your VCD of your dance performance of no more then two minutes which should start with fast steps or your best steps from the first second to 1 minute of your performance and send it to R & N TV Productions instead of waiting for the auditions. Anyway, in auditions, they only tape you and send you back home and last auditions, it so happened that the camera guy switched off the camera before one of the aspirant could start her best moves. So please concentrate on your VCD and send it to the office. Best of Luck!

DD - in this episode there was a performance on PARDESI GIRL.. which is from DOSTANA film…..and that movie music is promoted by YASH RAJ MUSIC.. I know his for sure as I had checked the same song and wanted to perform on this for audition but had cancelled for the reason mentioned… How was this allowed ?

Hi DD, Couple of things are possible…1) I am assuming that even though the movie Dostana belongs to Yash Raj Music but the producing company is Karan Johar’s company so maybe they have the rights and it was okay to dance on Karan Johar’s movie songs. 2) There is a very good chance that the Boogie Woogie team slacked or were sleeping

This VCD will be your audition tape. Once Firdaus views it and if she likes and matches her requirement, she will contact you directly. Mummy - Hi Friends, its good to know and read about my performance on this site. But yes there are politics everywhere and it is difficult to remain spotless especially on realty shows where the TRP matters a lot. Its only that no one ever shouts loudly about it. You are talking about all this, even a little jive with the partner in the partner round didn’t go well with the show. Moreover i always thought they are looking for versatility and somebody who can try new things or is willing to do new things but i was mistaken. A big learning for me. But people are very sweet and wish that the show does maintain its popularity like this always.

Thank You so much Mummy for your input. We really appreciate your input and your comment. This is a fan site and our own site. We are free to discuss anything and so with the same thought I would say, its nice that the people are sweet but then sweetness does need a little change too sometimes. Versatility and quality has been Boogie Woogie’s strength but off late it looks like they are getting little predictable. More of my explanation in a separate article.

Hi Shriya, I think you can participate in the Teens Championships. We don’t know when they conduct the auditions but auditions for Boogie Woogie are always open through VCD. Please make a Video CD of your best performance which should not be more then 2 minutes but also make sure your first minute has your best moves and along with the application, please send it to Firdaus at R & N TV Productions. If you click on Auditions page or category, your will find many tips that will help you approach Boogie Woogie better. All the very best dear!! JT - Can some please tell the exact date in June when the Chalo America 2009 Finals will be aired in the US?

Hi JT – The last we had heard was they were going to telecast it in June. We haven’t received any information after that. But do watch on Sundays and that is when Sony might telecast in one of the afternoons. The best would be to contact the Haventertainment who ran the Boogie Woogie finals in collaboration with Sony. They might have a true date. But if we come of know, we will be more then happy to publish it.

Hi Shalini, the recent auditions were for Mom’s all over the world. One could visit their nearest location in India for auditions or the mummy’s living abroad were suppose to send their dance Video by mail to Firdaus at R & N TV Productions address. Maybe you are a little late but still send your VCD to them, if it matches their requirement, they will certainly call you. Hi Abhiyanka – sweetie you should be able to participate in Girls Championships, Teen Championships, Solo Championships, Horror Championships, Mahayudh, Item Numbers and many others. Garima - i am sure they called…………as i watched today,s (6th june)episode aur aaj bhi there were many ex boogiewoogiens…… I am sure i missed the call as my phone is off from 10 pm to 6 am…and many participants said they recieved the call at 2 oclock in night… 
and i have seen that they are very partial towards audition at Lucknow…abhi tak ek glimpse bhi nahi dikhaya lucknow k auditions ko

Hi Raghu – Rohan and Group normally mixes few songs and takes itsy bitsy parts and mixes them together. If would be difficult for us to get their audio. Try contacting them on your own via YouTube. All the very best dear! But then there are plenty of other numbers already remixed that can be used for your personal use. I would highly recommend to get that dear.

Hi Shital – I think we are little late for the auditions dear. But for Boogie Woogie auditions, one doesn’t have to appear personally. They can always send their VCD as their audition tape to Firdaus. You still can send it to her and if it matches any of her requirements, she will contact you directly.
