RULES FOR APPLYING
1. There is no age limit to apply in Sansui Boogie Woogie.
2. To take part in Sansui Boogie Woogie, you need to print & properly fill correct information in
this participation form; paste your passport size photograph; duly sign it [parent/guardian to sign
in case of minor / below 18 years] and send along with a Video CD of your dance performance to
SANSUI BOOGIE WOOGIE, Sony Entertainment Television, 3rd Floor, Interface-7, off. Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai – 400064, Maharashtra State, India. After we receive your material, our selection committee will go through your performance.
If you are selected we will call you
back.
3. Applications will be rejected, if:
a. The Video CD is tampered/not readable and/or not properly labeled.
b. The audition form attached is incomplete or tampered.
c. The audition form is not accompanied with the Video CD when material received by us.
4. No phone calls will be entertained regarding status on the selection. Our selection committee will
go through your performance. If you are selected we will surely call you back.
5. Selection committee holds complete right to the judgment & is at full discretion to choose an
application based upon criteria constituted by them. Its decision is final & binding and cannot be
challenged.
6. If you are selected and called for shooting, you will have to bear & manage all your expenses.
Expenses are borne by us only for those contestants who qualify to the semi-final round.
7. You have to bring in your own costumes & accessories. However, we will arrange for Make-up &
Hair styling during the shoot date(s).
8. The Shooting is held in a Mumbai Studio. The studio address & timings will be informed to you
over the phone.
9. The length of your song must not exceed 2 minutes and it should be submitted in Audio CD
format. We do not accept MP3 audio. The song choice must be only of Hindi or Regional Indian
songs. All Indian songs available on standard Indian music labels are accepted only. If you are
submitting a medley then your song must be edited properly. Un-edited and/or badly edited songs
lead to disqualification of the participant. When you submit your songs, you must write down the
name of the song along with album/film name with their music directors & Music Company and
submit it to Boogie Woogie representative co-coordinating with you at that time.
10. Any illegal and/or unethical act related to the show and/or on its studio premises will lead to
immediate disqualification.
11. Organizers reserve the right to change, modify, cancel or close the scheduled activities at any
given time.
