As we come across any information that we think it might be useful to our members, we try to bring it for you. Now we are no where related to any of the sites or groups and are running only in appreciation for our dear mentors/judges with an intention to have a place for all their fans where they can call it a “home”.

We have been getting you MP3’s from various sources and many of our members have shown keen interest in remixed music. Though we do not have a DJ in house yet but we surely trying to get one so that he or she can fulfill your remixed music request but till the time we find one reliable DJ, here is some information that might be useful or of interest to you.

jamglue While browsing and searching for some sites, we came across plenty of good reviews for one particular site that allows you to remix your own music. It has a flash player installed and allows you to upload your music, remix it and give special effects and produce a DJ kind of a piece. Many also say it is user friendly. You only need to be little creative that’s all. The best thing we found of this site is; it’s free of cost. Now that’s what I like.. “NO MONEY”!! I have not tried remixing any music yet but only browsed through the site. I really liked some of the worked that is out there but if any of my information is incomplete, please do let me know or correct me.

The site that I am talking about is http://www.jamglue.com

Maybe many of your must be aware of it but it says you can make your first remix in about 2 minutes. There are also many contests where you can submit your remix version to win prizes. The other interesting part that I found was, you can upload your tracks and can let others remix it. So if you are confused how to remix your tracks, you can easily upload which of your tracks you want to get remixes done and wait for others to do the job. Now many of you are dancers and want to dance on particular track or remixes so go ahead and check it out – so far it sounds great. But do not put any money anywhere! Very Important – Don’t put your personal information everywhere. Be safe and avoid unnecessary situations. If you need any advice, please do feel free to comment or write an email here. This is your place so feel at home!

dog_clone Different people have different opinion regarding judge’s verdict and also for public voting. Though in Democratic India, hardly 60 percent people exercise their right to vote and out of that 60 percent who vote, more then half of the people are not even aware of the whereabouts of the leader that they choose. Many of the votes are a result of one time meal offer in exchange for a vote plus Rs. 10/- note as a prize for voting - it’s a pure sale of ones rights in favor of the rich politicians. And then the rest of the votes, a majority of them are the result of blind faith. 90 percent of the educated people don’t even bother to vote – we only believe in talking big. Well let me not go there at all because it is a never ending story. Anyway, let us come to reality shows and its public voting versus judge’s judgment.

taraazu Should public be given responsibility for selecting their favorite candidate? Yes of course why not! If we get to bear so and so candidate for an hour twice a week, we should be allowed to choose or eliminate whoever we want. But do we exercise our rights fairly? Of course not!! Only 1 percent of the population goes for the fair voting rest is a long story.

verdict Almost all of the reality shows have public voting and a number of candidates selected by public voting is based on region, language and what not. There are some singing shows that were very reputable once upon a time and now have lost its reputation due to the same public voting resulting in good candidates getting eliminated at early stages because they do not meet the unfair criteria. Now Boogie Woogie is the only show that is respected for its fair judgment and as time goes by, the respect also increases because it follows a certain format. For Boogie Woogie, “only” talent matters. They don’t care for anything else. Yes that’s how it should be.

heart Okay now let us look at the public viewing of a talent versus judge’s way of judging. “We” the people who think we exercise fairness, for most of us when we see a performance, if music sounds good to our ears, almost half the battle of the contestant is won. Then the second most important factor to us is a contestants attitude and approach, his or her smile, niceness, looks, dance steps that either we are seeing for the first time or seeing after a long time. Their sense of dressing also counts. We unconsciously start to compare if we can do the same performance or not and if not then that performance is fantabulous provided we like the candidate or else no way only highway for that contestant. We don’t think twice to curse if they go against our hearts. Our heart rules 99.99 percent in our judgments and we find ourselves cry when our favorite contestant cry, laugh when our contestant laughs, and we find ourselves ready to take that extra step to promote him or her to get the final victory leaving our own personal goals high and dry - yeah we the common people are pretty emotional you see. And technicalities – who the heck cares?? If the dancer dances on beats or not doesn’t really matter as long as it sounds good to our ears. We rule with our hearts, we are big hearts!! Now let’s move on to the monsters who rule by their brain – judge’s ;) (oh boy am I in trouble? Well we will figure out someone to blame it on later)

brain rules Judge’s especially the "Boogie Woogie judge’s" – the "perfectionist" who play their role strictly in a lighter way, let’s look at them little bit. The best thing about them is that they always have their last word but they never make it sound like that. Some art haa? They are very well known for bringing out the real talent from all parts of real India. For them all aspects of technicalities matter sometimes their technicalities can break our little hearts just like it did at times when contestants like Swasti got eliminated. For them, if it is a dance, then it better look like dance, cuteness and drama doesn’t have any weightage. For them, a dance cannot be a dance if the beats are going north and steps are in south not even when the contestant is cute or hot.. oh my my… pure brain people - they are SO off from us hearts!! But yes they do have a point and that is why they are so much respected. They not only judge but also educate the people around them free of cost which is a marvelous thing. They do not let their hearts rule when it comes to judging. Things like “oh she is cute so she must win” or “that is poor family so they deserve to win” does not occur in their dictionary. There are plenty of cute and there are plenty of poor but when they reach Boogie Woogie sets, they are nothing but one and the best among all must win! That is their attitude.

So the recent discussion of public voting versus let the judges continue to judge Boogie Woogie, brought lots of interesting arguments. Many feel strong that Boogie Woogie must not bring public voting and must maintain the old standards and many feel it is time that public voting be introduced. Two of my very dear friends spoke in favor of judge’s and I am going to put their exact words here:

Rahul: IMHO (in my honest opinion) … I think Boogie Woogie should not change the format of eliminations … it is the FAIREST reality show that is out there …. and think that is what makes it to special

Shobha: Ditto Rahul. clip_image001I wanted to say this and I voted to say no public voting. Look at what happened to SRGMP

Then of course you must have read few other comments on the blog by our members – Shruti, Kavitha and Ananth.. Plus a majority of people have voted in favor of No Public Voting but it is still on till Firdaus asks us to put an end. You want to know something strange? The number of people who voted either in favor or against public voting are not even 1 percent to the traffic that gets here everyday - why I wonder? Is it that difficult to choose one of the option? It is only one vote per IP so why not vote?

Anyway if you ask me my opinion, I think as much as it is important that public should be booimgable to choose their candidate as it is OUR right, it is just that India is NOT ready for public voting yet. We still have a long way to go before we really can vote fairly. Our hearts will not allow us in judging fairly still and will pull us towards either some region or cuteness or towards some other reason. Many of our young girls will still vote to the cutest guy around, and many young guys will vote to the hottest girl on the show and many of our elders will vote for their own regions. They say heart has its reasons that reasons does not know but don’t get me wrong, we are not that bad for following our hearts. I still will say if my decisions were not ruled by my heart, this blog wouldn’t be here. So let us cheer ourselves and sit back and relax and let the judges give their verdict. 9 out of 10 times, we are going to agree with them and every once in a while we will not. So what’s the big deal? The day we don’t agree with them, we will get together and fight with them - just the way we did in past. If we call them our OWN then it is our right isnt? ;)

Well while we wait and see what Boogie Woogie decides regarding it’s public voting, we can only hope that whatever maybe the decision, may the talent shine always just like it does now and nothing be effected negatively if there is a change in format.

Tough competition was set on Friday night and so Saturday night had to face not only stiff challenges but also to maintain the perfect grooving mood that was set by previous night. They say, "First impression is the best impression" but then that is only individual and so in groups if a group that displays just an okay performance, its still alright for the next group to perform as the expectations hasn’t been built up too high but the groups that were going to perform on Saturday night luckily or unluckily had to face the toughest challenges as the bar was raised too high so let’s see if they could even match up to that level or not. If they match, they match and that will be a bravo but if they don’t match, one thing is for sure, I won’t be blaming them. Sometimes it gets difficult to perform especially when they think somebody are masters in a trade and have to compete with them especially soon after their performance and so there is a very good chance to get nervous as well.

The first group to perform was a first timer on Boogie Woogie - Johnny Group from Surat. Their pre performance talk gets them closer to your heart as they sound just right, down to earth and with right amount of attitude from "ours" (audience) perspective. They did speak that they worked very hard and if they could match just 10 percent to what Rohan and Group performs, it will be very well worth it. Now coming to their performance, you know no one is born perfect. Practice and willingness to learn and desire to be something, are the stepping stones that makes anything possible after a while and what this group of dancers performed showed their desire to learn and I am sure performing on Boogie Woogie platform has raised their confidence level higher so next time when they come, they will be much more polished and will perform a tighter choreographed number. But … Well tried guys!! Stay encouraged! I loved their clothing and colors that they sported. Listen to Javed talk about importance of song selection. All hip hop aspirants, do pay close attention to the useful tips judges give on show - very important!

The next group to perform was Rising Star Group. Have you noticed, each and every group that came to perform talked about Rohan and Group and they aspire to reach to that level. I am sure it was a moment of joy for Rohan and Group. Well Rising Star group performs on a song that once was performed by their admired group and the song is from movie Saathiya - khol khol darwaze. The group did their best and danced to it, the second half of the performance was a change in song and moved to slightly faster beats, tip tip barsa paani. Here the dancers tried the wave step. Well Tried! Keep practicing and stay inspired and stay encouraged and do pay to judges advices, they only mean good for you!

Judges have been extremely funny taking all sort of strange things from Javed’s hair. Good Lord… bless them!!

The next group is called Show Makers and they came from Rourkela. They too are inspired by Rohan and Group :D This group danced to a song that is very popular among many male singer aspirants of reality shows "let the music play" a punjabi with hip hop number. Now this group can be called a veteran compared with the previous two groups that performed tonight but still requires some finishing touches. But a number that can be enjoyed well. Well done guys!

The next group to perform was from Surat called Karan and Group. Their pre performance was cute and so was the start of the performance. After Friday night, my eyes were really starving for a performance that can match with the previous nights level and this group matches pretty good bringing a big smile. They danced to a mixed music and keeps you glued to them. They then move to second part of the performance with change in music but keeps your interest pricked. Very well done! The after performance talk was interesting and sweet. Karan’s father thanks Boogie Woogie judges and also joins the stage to dance in almost Mithun da style. The group received good compliments from the judges.

Listen to judge’s sing and entertain you. Then it was time to see the flashback and the results. And the winner group was……yes no surprises ………….. Rohan and Group!! Congratulations guys!! A very well deserved victory!! Keep it up!

There was another group that was encouraged and declared as tight competitor as Rohan and Group and was awarded a cash prize too on judge’s behalf. Yes the new wonder group that won everyone’s heart - Fictitious Group!! Congratulations!! We look forward to seeing you back very soon!! :D

God Bless You All!!

Javed Watch the judges tonight! I have no words to say - I actually couldn’t say anything except for laughing non stop when I looked at them. They were in a new avatar like you have never seen before or may you have but I definitely had not seen them like this before so I ended up laughing till my guts started to hurt. I am sorry I have no idea what they were saying tonight, I just couldn’t concentrate ;) But watch them dance and rap - it was fantastic :D

Everyone is fond of Hip Hop and have been waiting for the Hip Hop groups to perform especially Rohan and group and so tonight was a night to relish their fabulous performances along with other awesome groups. Just get your popcorn, soda and start to groove with them. It surely is a week that you don’t want to miss. Must watch episodes. 5 STARS!!!!!

Ravi1 The first group to groove on Hip Hop was Krum Group from Mumbai. Their pre performance talk was stylish and I really loved the way they spoke. They are fans of Rohan & Group and they feel the unity and friendship in their group is their biggest strength and the biggest prize according to them is performing in front of Javed, Naved and Ravi. Well Said!! Watch out for the start of their performance, they win your heart instantly. They danced to the song "tere naal" a peppy song and the steps that they took makes you dance along with them. I also loved the somersaults they did one after another and especially when one of the dancer walked on his hands all the way and the kid jumping from top. It was fantastic!! Must must watch!! The after performance talk was fantastic too especially Javed translating english to hindi dialogues. Doesn’t Ravi’s hair color remind you of Orange/ Citrus? It was funny to see Javed taking fruits out from his wig and it was cute to watch the kid shaking hands with the judge’s and it was funny to watch Naved trying to take aashirwad from the kid.

Naved The second group to perform was a group from Surat called Platinum Group. They danced on song "Guzarish". It was yet another well performed number. I don’t think there was a single group on Friday night that wasn’t at par with Boogie Woogie standards. The standard and talent that Boogie Woogie sets, each group stands up to it very well. Watch the beautiful synchronization, you will love the way entire group moves together and take their steps. It takes you in another world altogether. They were dressed up similarly and that added more charm to their performance. The second half of the performance they moved to a faster song "Mauja hi mauja" and did faster steps. It looked like they try to cover everything in their performance like slow music, fast music, props, stunts - I loved it!! But the two jokes that they narrated were probably the worlds poorest jokes (PJ’s). They beat all the PJ’s and watch the judges expressions ;) But you know what - thank God our dear judges don’t have to be in this get up all the time :D Okay back to performance but wait I wonder what’s the weight of Javed’s wig? but anyway back to the performance, Javed did point out the importance of beats and explained if the group had stayed with the beat, it would have added more charm. On the whole, a fantastic performance and a must watch!

Okay now was the turn for a group from Naalasupaara "Fictitious Group" and in two words they were "MIND BLOWING!!" Don’t miss it for anything!! I loved their costumes, their steps and the dancer dancing on one hand, their stunts, their synchronization, their each and everything. You will surely be short on words to use for this group. Finally a group to give tough competition to Rohan and Group is born!! The group did get the best compliments from the judges and one compliment that they got maybe no other group received ever was when judge’s said  "the performance was international level". They also got complimented for using the beats properly and perfectly. Watch it!! They just might be the surprise winners! And if they turn out to be winners, it will be a very well deserved victory! Make sure to catch the reruns - it is very much worth it!! All the hip hop aspirants, you sure can learn and admire a lot from this group too. The after performance talk was touching, interesting and sure speaks a lot of their potential and with what Ravi spoke, one thing is for sure, we soon will be seeing this group back on Boogie Woogie. I can’t wait to see them again!

Okay now is the time that many have been waiting with baited breath - yes Rohan and Group. One BIG request - don’t ask me for their MP3’s please. Something are left the way they are. It is really great to see that we have many fans of this group and want to be like them so continue to get inspired and admire them but please spare me. The group really works hard in creating their own mixing of music and are pretty creative. It just won’t be fair to copy their work. Thank You and Sorry :D

Coming to Rohan and Group’s performance, do we really need a review for them? As soon as Ravi said the next group to perform was none other then Rohan and Group, I said "NOOOOOO". I just thought it wont be fair for other groups to compete with a group that is so perfect and flawless but then since I saw Fictitious group’s performance and so it was perfect timing to compare their performance against the group which is "Numero Uno." Okay enough said, let’s go their performance. Don’t miss out on their pre performance talk - it was as stylish and perfect as their performance. I am not sure what song they danced to, give me some time, I will try to find the title name but it was beautifully narrated. Well another thing is that when everyone says a group is great and the group has proved a number of times, your mind is almost settled that they are going to perform nothing less then perfect performance and your eyes don’t find any flaws but can see only the good stuff and especially the pre break promos showing judges perfect remarks for the group, you are bound to feel nothing but perfectionism and so 90 percent of the battle is already won right there but this is another thing that the group really turns out flawless yet another time. Watch them do faster steps and all in sync. If they got standing ovation from the judges then they DESERVE every bit of it. And plus no one attains that status just like that, they have shed plenty of sweat and have worked really hard to reach where they are now. Displaying a talent is one thing but inspiring and being a teacher to many without your own knowledge is something great. And all these are young guys but has attained a status that no other veteran has achieved till date. So that’s what’s up!! But they definitely need to watch out Fictitious group ;)

Last but definitely not least watch Ravi and Naved sing "Kal ki haseen mulaqat ke liye" normally and then Javed turning the same song to hip hop and watch all three judge’s groove to same.

A must watch episode with * * * * *

easter-bunny A man is driving along a highway and sees a rabbit jump out across the middle of the road.

He swerves to avoid hitting it, but unfortunately the rabbit jumps right in front of the car.

The driver,
a sensitive man as well as an animal lover,
pulls over and gets out to see
what has become of the rabbit.

Much to his dismay,

the rabbit is the Easter Bunny,

and

he is DEAD .

The driver feels so awful
that he begins to cry.

Blonde A beautiful blonde woman driving down the highway
sees a man crying on the side of the road
and pulls over.

She steps out of the car and asks the man
what’s wrong.

"I feel terrible," ! he explains,
"I accidentally hit the Easter Bunny with my car and KILLED HIM."

The blonde says,"Don’t worry."

She runs to her car
and pulls out a spray can.
She walks over to the limp, dead  Easter Bunny ,
bends down,
and sprays the contents onto him.

The  Easter Bunny  jumps up,
waves its paw at the two of them
and hops off down the road.

Ten feet away he stops,
turns around and waves again,

he hops down the road another 10 feet,
turns and waves,

hops another ten feet,
turns and waves,

and repeats this again and again and again and again,
until he hops out of sight.

puzzled man The man is astonished.
He runs over to the woman and demands,

"What is in that can?

What did you spray on the Easter Bunny ?"

The woman turns the can around
so that the man can read the label.

It says..

(Are you ready for this?)

(Are you sure?)

(You know you’re gonna be sorry)

(Last chance)

(OK, here it is)

It says,

"Hair Spray:

Restores life to dead hair,
and adds permanent wave."
