Okay dhol was back on Saturday night and Ravi and Naved both were in their usual good mood. It was energetic start that catches your mood instantly. 5 groups had participated last night and Saturday night it was time for the remaining five pairs to perform.
The first pair to perform was Shingo Sarkar and Juli Sarkar. Both Shingo and Juli danced on one of my favorite song "Bang bang bang" from movie Hello. And what energies and coordination between both the kids. It was one awesome performance. The entire stage was like it was on fire. Very well performed and it was simply beautiful. The after performance was interesting and adorable. On the whole - don’t miss it!!
Doesn’t it sound festive with the dhol in house? It adds so much of spice to the show. Love it!! Jokes season continued from yesterday that was by audience and they did come with some of the best PJ’s and so the prizes in return came to match the PJ’s. Watch it, it will surely make you laugh!
The next participants to perform were Swati Nayak and Truptimayee Das. They both danced on song "intezaar intezaar". Both the girls were dressed up beautifully and their outfits matched their performance. They danced well and it was soothing to watch. The after performance talk was pretty interesting.
The next performance was from Dhvanli Vaishnav and Priyank Agarwal. They came from Baroda. Both the guys danced on "neeche phoolo ki dukaan upar gori ka makaan" song. They did a wonderful job in comedy. It was hilarious performance specially their expressions. After performance talk was fun especially when Dhvanli played the dhol. He is a talented kid and played the dhol very well. Keep it up!!
After the boys, it was turn of Shivani Nagavekar and Shubham Nagavekar to show their talent. They both came from Sangili. Both the kids were dressed up adorably and Shivani you should watch her during the AV, she sounds shy but in the dance she gave confident expressions. Both brother and sister danced on Marathi folk song and did a good job. Shubham did Nana Patekar’s mimicry and surprised me with his dialogue selection.
The last participants to perform on Saturday night were Kanan Chokshi and Shimoli Shah who came in from Baroda. They danced on song "Mast". Both the girls danced beautifully. In simple words if people like me and you watch, they will be blown away with the performance as it sound nothing but perfect but here is the thing - listen to Jaaved, he tells you what was missing from this beautifully put performance and he explains it so well. And so my friends that is what makes the difference between a show that is the father mother and grand parents of all shows and a show is just a bad copycat. We do need to have the audio clip of of this advice for our archive.
After the flash back, the results were announced and the winner pair to walk away with all the fabulous prizes were Ashwin Chaterjee and Sonia Chakraborty. Congratulations and Keep it Up!!
